1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

We accept refund or replacement requests only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Supporting proof (photos/videos) of the issue is shared with our team.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the energetic and personal nature of our offerings, we cannot accept returns in cases of:

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Delays caused by courier/logistics partners outside our control

3. Process for Refund/Replacement

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of a replacement, shipping details will be shared once the new product is dispatched.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing begins.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
